Post-2020: Forays into the Future of Art and Lens-Based Media explores the current state of contemporary art in 2020 and offers aspirations for the field and the application of lens-based media in 2020 and beyond.
This panel Discussion was originally hosted on November 14th, 2020, and was moderated by Will Wilson, Program Head of Photography at the Santa Fe Community College, and Photographer. Panelists explore the state of art and photography in 2020 and historical moments that have informed contemporary photography practices. After the panel discussion video, CENTER’s Curator of Public Engagement, Matthew Contos will be available to field questions about the content, presenters, and motivation of hosting this discussion in an online audience Q&A.
